MBRP 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke 4" Aluminized Excursion Exhaust [MBRS6204AL]

The aluminized MBRP exhaust systems are produced using top quality mandrel bent aluminized steel exhaust components for the 1999-2003 7.3 Excursions.

Every system is shipped with all the necessary parts and tubing to fit the Excursion.

A 4" down pipe connects to the 4" exhaust in front of the transmission cross member (no need to remove the cross member to install the exhaust). The four inch section of the exhaust connects to the spiral core muffler just before the rear axle.
The spiral flow louvered muffler is specifically designed for diesel performance. The muffler dampens the diesel exhaust resonance and keeps the interior sound level within 3dB of stock, while allowing a healthy sounding exhaust outside the cab.

The aluminized steel systems are protected by an exclusive one year warranty, to the original purchaser.

Average gains with this system are 18hp and 40 lb-ft of torque, as well as decreased turbocharger spool up times and exhaust gas temperatures.
