• The Air Intake Heater (AIH) found in ’99.5 and up 7.3 Powerstroke (Not for F650/F750) and GM 6.6L Duramax 2001-2004 6.6L LB7 blocks approximately 22% of the airflow through the intake manifold.
• The eliminator plug allows for increased airflow and better combustion.
• The plug has the correct thread type, and length.
• It also includes the Boost gauge fitting to allow you to connect your boost gauge to the Air Intake Horn with 1/8" line.

P0541 Code Eliminator:

Code P0541 is detected and logged during a diagnostics scan of specific sensors by the PCM at start, when the Air Intake Heater plug is disconnected.

The harness, used in conjunction with the AIH plug will stop the PCM from throwing the dreaded P0541 code "Intake Air Heater Relay 1 Low ".
