As with our other designs, this bumper is comprised of high grade, precision cut 3/16" steel.

Installation instructions

For the swing arm we recommend you view Expedition One's JK rear install video, as the install of the swing system is generally the same: Swingarm installation video

The only difference is the coupling and how it attaches. Because the door swings in an upward path, the coupling needs to be tilted a little so that it is lower on the door/passenger side and slightly higher up on the driver's side. You will also want to make sure the jam nuts on the coupling are nice and tight once you've got in dialed in how you want it.
