Carriage Works Bolt Over Billet Grille - Upper

Installation process utilizes the "Carriage Works Original" Bolt-Over installation method. All of the Carriage Works grilles are TIG-welded or "robotically" MIG-welded in a CAD-designed, CNC-milled fixture. This insures an extract fit by the utilization of Aerospace tolerances every time. They form and machine our billet grilles from 6061-T6 solid stock aluminum material.
