aFe Power is proud to announce the release of the new Twisted Steel performance header for the 2000-2006 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) I6-4.0L (P/N: 48-46202). Twisted Steel headers are engineered to be as tough and durable as your Jeep Wrangler providing maximum power and strength under extreme conditions. This header is constructed out of durable 14-gauge, 409 stainless steel tubing that is TIG welded for maximum strength and durability. Using Pulse Control Technology, the 1-1/2” optimized length primary tubes and mitered, merged collectors are designed to eliminate turbulence and produce maximum flow and exhaust velocity. This header produced 8hp and 8lbs. x ft. torque on our dyno. 48-46202 comes complete with a premium head flange gasket and retains all OE emission components (CARB EO Pending) for a hassle-free installation.
